First the staff promised me a plan with a monthly "ceiling" for calls and data so I can avoid running over my monthly and getting penalised by it. This turned out to be a lie just to get me to sign a 24 months contract.
Secondly, when my Sony ericsson X10i (still under factory warranty) got a generic charging problem I handed it in so they can fix it . It took four month after that day for them to find my phone which they lost somewhere in the process. The phone was still not repaired and by the time it got back to me it was out of warranty as well.
